Sealed from everyone but you, including us
- Encrypted on arrival. Every file is encrypted the moment it reaches us, each with its own key.
- Support can’t open your files. Our support screens show only a document’s name, number and expiry date, never the document itself.
- Help on your screen only if you say so. If you want support to look at your screen, you tap “Allow” first. It lasts 30 minutes, nothing can be changed, and documents can’t be opened.
- You see every look. Each time a file is uploaded, opened or downloaded, it appears under Profile, “Who opened my files”.
- Tender packs don’t stay. Uploaded tender packs are deleted after the closing date. Only your checklist is kept.
- AI that works for you, not on you. Our AI reads your documents only to do the job you asked for, such as finding an expiry date or building a checklist. It is not trained on them.
- Your data, your call. Download everything you’ve stored with one tap, any time.
Keeping your account safe
- No passwords to steal: you log in with a one-time link sent to your email.
- Optional two-step login with an authenticator app. Our own staff must use it.
- Each business’s data is kept strictly separate from every other business.
- Uploads are checked to make sure they really are photos or PDFs.
